1. Who we are

BantuMoneyT (“the app”, “we”) is operated by its founder, Mohammad Coulibaly, based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. Business registration is in progress.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• The information you enter should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3. Not financial advice

BantuMoneyT is a personal-finance tracking and budgeting tool. It does not provide investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Any figures, projections, insights, AI responses, or BRVM market information are for general information and education only, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Decisions you make are your own; consult a qualified professional before acting.

4. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the app for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.
• Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use.

5. Premium and payments

Some features require a Premium subscription — see our Pricing page for current prices, what is included, the payment provider, and our cancellation and refund policy. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Premium screen in the app and remain active through the end of the paid period.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to operate the app (including sending data to AI providers when you use AI features, as described in our Privacy Policy).

7. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for financial decisions made using the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Côte d’Ivoire, and disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
